How do I take care of my jewelry?
We recommend storing your jewelry in its original zip lock and dust bag when not in use. Keep it clean by using a soft cloth when needed. Avoid getting your jewelry moist or wet, and keep away from chemicals. Please apply all lotions, oils, makeup or perfume and let dry completely before putting on your jewelry. For our pieces made on flexible wire, please keep bending to a minimum as this makes the material brittle over time.
ORDERS
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number along with your order confirmation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Orders within Norway will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do I have to pay VAT, import duties or other taxes on my order?
For all orders outside Norway, you may be charged import duties according to your local customs authorities. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees, and these costs must be covered by the customer.
I want to cancel my order.
If you placed your order recently, please send us a message at post@pearloctopussy.com and we will cancel your order so long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. For orders that have already been dispatched, it’ll have to be treated as a return.
I received a defective item/the wrong product.
If there are any issues with the product you received, please send us an e-mail at post@pearloctopussy.com with a picture of the product and we will help you.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
I want to return my order.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. You can either return the product in our studio or send us a message at post@pearloctopussy.com with your order number and we will arrange a return label. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, we cannot accept returns on products that show any signs of wear, alteration or damage. Please note that return costs are covered by the customer, and the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and confirm the return, we will refund you through our web shop. Please note that the money may take up to a week to show in your account after the refund has been arranged.
